Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policy differs from hotel to hotel.

• If the bookings is outside cancellation window, bookings will cancelled without any charges.
• If it's prepaid rate by Bank transfer, refund will be issued immediately after the cancellation. 
• If it's paid via RazorPay gateway, Refund will be processed within 7 business days
